For the cyclists who don't use their walking abilities anymore because walking does seem too slow compared to cycling (hello), there is always the risky bussiness of window-shopping in Frederiksberg center. Or anywhere. But especially in Frederiksberg. At least until they (we) ride the curve or bump onto someone who is either screaming or swearing in danish (you can't really distinguish).
Anyway, that day I was wandering around Frederiksborggade, where I discovered a couple of interesting places. But I have to admit, women would appreciate these more than men. The first one I visited is a little shop with the name Maduro, and with a love story hidden behind that name. You can read more about it in Maduro's website, but actually you can't because it is in danish. But in a few words, the shop got its name from an exotic african woman named Caroline Amalie Maduro who fell in love with a Dane and their child was the great grandfather of the current shop owner. So I have some pictures from the shop below, credits to me, I feel almost a journalist now.
